To use Kali LLC, you must be 18 or older. You must also be in a state where our doctors are licensed to work. We check your location to stay legal. If you move or travel, please tell us because we can only treat you in specific areas.

2. Technology and Safety

Since this is online care, you need a good internet connection and a private place to talk. You must also understand these rules:

You need a working camera and mic for calls. We may send texts, emails, or portal messages. Kali LLC. is not liable for tech issues or data costs. You must keep your login safe and not share your account with anyone else at any time.

3. Telehealth Risks and Limits

Online care is great, but it is not the same as an in-person visit. We cannot do physical exams. Sometimes the video or sound might fail. Our clinicians will decide if virtual care is right for you. If it is not, we will tell you to see a local doctor. Kali LLC. limits its liability for these tech issues.

4. Money and Appointments

You must pay when you book your visit. If you miss a visit or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will still be charged. No-shows take away time from other patients. We do not offer refunds for missed appointments or late changes.

5. No Emergencies

Kali LLC is not for emergencies. If you have a serious medical problem or a life-threatening crisis, do not wait for a message back. Call 911 or go to the nearest hospital right away. We do not provide 24/7 emergency care or immediate crisis support.

6. Legal Agreement

By using our services, you agree that Kali LLC. is only responsible for the care we provide through the screen. You give us permission to treat you using video and electronic tools. You can stop your care at any time by sending us a written note.
